The Worry Jar

Some worries are too big to carry all day. Put one in the jar so your hands are free for a while.

The jar is ready when you are.

Paper
For grown-ups

The jar is a way to practice setting a worry down without pretending it isn't there. Kids often like to pick a "worry time" later in the day to open the jar with you and talk about what's inside. Worries typed here are never saved: when the page closes, they're gone.

If a worry keeps coming back and is getting in the way of sleep, school, or friends, we can help. Request an appointment
